Arron is a multi-disciplinary Creative Director, whose nineteen-year career has seen him work on a diverse range of design disciplines; from luxury packaging and branding, to creative brand communication, point of sale, print, product innovation, experiential and digital.
At the heart of everything Arron does is his love of a tight brief, a blank page and the belief that whether you’re working for a global giant or an independent start-up, all great design starts from a single, instantly understandable big idea, rooted in engaging and authentic brand story-telling.
This approach has stood him in good stead working on a wide range of global brands including; Hennessy, Unilever, Guinness, Moët & Chandon, Kahlúa, Britvic, Johnnie Walker, Boots No7, CÎROC Vodka, Baileys, RedLeg Rum, Oriflame Cosmetics and Ballantine’s blended whisky. He has also brought numerous start-up brands to life; such as the premium dairy brand, Tom Parker Creamery and the award-winning pregnancy skincare range, Unity Beauty Essentials.
In his role at Butterfly Cannon Arron oversees the quality of creative output across the studio and acts as a leader and mentor to a diverse team with a wide range of experience. Legendary for his enthusiasm, positivity and approachability; he’s proof that you don’t need to be an egotist to deliver great creative work.
Arron has been a judge at the World Gin Awards, FAB Awards, World Beer Awards and in his spare time makes (beautifully packaged) honey from his own beehives.
