José worked for multinational companies in different sectors such as Imaginarium in Toys&Entertainment, Sony Spain Subsidiary developing several projects at the Solutions Department for marketing and engineering teams. In 2007 José begun his role in El Corte Inglés as designer at the Packaging Design team for the group's own brand portfolio.
Since 2011 he has been in charge of the department as Head of Packaging Communications, contributing to the developmet of more than 30,000 new packaging designs with a team of 10 people, obtaining 32 international design awards in the last 5 years.
José is also a specialist in brand development and FMCG-SMCG packaging, his main role/tasks are focused on creative direction, communication and marketing strategy, account and project management, design and co-creation processes, innovation and own Brand portfolio management.
Matthieu Aquino is a recognized expert in the field of Design and Innovation, particularly in the context of corporate transformation. Through the implementation of holistic design-thinking systems and multidisciplinary design tools, Matthieu leads a team that crafts curated storytelling across touchpoints.
Matthieu is one of the co-founders of PepsiCo’s Design function. He currently serves as the Vice President of Global Beverages & Brand Experience, where he is responsible for developing design strategy, systems and experiences across the entire beverage portfolio globally, as well as leading new growth initiatives. Over the course of the last five years, Matthieu has partnered closely with the senior leadership team to build a brand new performance-driven function, adding new talents and strategic capabilities across the organization, both in North America and internationally.
Over the past fourteen years, Matthieu has contributed to the creation and implementation of two design organizations in two multilayered international corporations. He has ensured that design thinking is at the core of the business, impacting the internal culture and significantly growing these respective businesses. Matthieu has held different roles within PepsiCo, with the last one focused on building PepsiCo’s Design capabilities internationally by opening and managing Design & Innovation offices in Russia, Mexico, China and London.
Prior to this, for over nine years at the 3M Company, Matthieu led the global design activities of several divisions such as Consumer and Professional electronics, Automotive, Medical, Office products, and Safety & Security, as well as leading design and innovation within R&D. Matthieu holds an MA in Product Design and a BA in Industrial Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy, and a technical degree in Industrial Design from the ENSAAMA in Paris.
Matthieu was born in Paris and grew up close to Versailles. He lived for twelve years in Milan, Italy, the country of his paternal grandparents, which helped him to discover his roots, enjoy the Italian lifestyle and explore Italian creativity. He moved to New York five years ago and lives in Manhattan.
Mark joined Design Bridge in 1992 as a Designer and in true DB fashion worked his way up to become MD of the Singapore office which he opened in 2003. He studied Silversmithing and Jewellery and believes passionately in developing the future of the design industry in Singapore by providing learning opportunities and long-term career progression. Design Bridge in Asia has grown to become the largest and one of the most respected design agencies in the region working across multiple touchpoints for famous brands.

Clem Halpin is a Creative Director at Bulletproof, an independent global brand design agency.
Throughout his award-winning career, Clem has worked on some the world’s most iconic brands, including Burger King, Toblerone and Glenlivet, as well as many entrepreneurial brands such as Tick Tock Teas and Kettle Chips. A regular on the design awards judging circuit, Clem has won many of the world’s top brand identity and packaging design awards including D&AD, Clio and Pentawards.
Clem joined the Bulletproof tribe in March 2018 and brings with him a huge wealth of experience at the ‘great and the good’ of well-respected agencies including most recently 9 years at Turner Duckworth, where he worked as Creative Director.
Steve works as Design visual identity within Diageo Europe & Africa and led the creation of new brands, brand identities and packaging of some of the biggest global spirit and beer brands that exist today, such as Guinness, Hop House 13, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Roe & Co, Haig Club and many more.

Ryuta Ishikawa is an esteemed Japanese packaging design expert with a wealth of experience, working on projects across multiple disciplines in both domestic and international markets. In total, his Tokyo based design agency has been given recognition from the global design community four times, two of which from Pentawards with consecutive Platinum distinctions in 2017 and 2018.
As a Design & Art Director, Ryuta is always thinking about new mechanisms to create communication that creates new values. Specialising in product and brand development, advertisement production, and visual identity development. He also works with many world-renown beverage brands such as Kirin Beer and Lotte Sawa.
Chen Lu is the design director of Xiaomi and is responsible for packaging, product and VI design.
She graduated from Art Center College of Design, USA, with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. She has over 14 years of experience in packaging & graphic design.
Lu joined Xiaomi in 2011. According to the needs of different projects, she led Xiaomi's cross-department team and worked together to complete the Mi & Redmi mobile phone packaging series, Ecosystem packaging series, Mi, Mijia and Mitu brand designs, and Mi Home flagship store, CES and MWC Xiaomi exhibition area, and Mi branding products. She designed the Mi phone packaging which breaks the traditional thinking of the mobile phone packaging. The minimalist, practical and environmental friendly became the packaging style of Mi phone. Led the team to create a packaging form suitable for Mi e-commerce platform so that the package not only serves the product but also suits the needs of platform development.

Since 2016 Davide Mosconi has been a Partner and Creative Director of Auge Design, a creative studio with a focus on branding and packaging design, based in Florence, Italy.
Davide has more than 15 years experience in the world of communication and design, working with global clients such as Vodafone, Disney, Diesel, Nescafé, Wall’s, Martini as well as curating projects for various exhibitions within international museums.
He has received national and international awards such as Cannes Lions, ADCI, The Dieline and Clio. His special edition project of Mutti won the Best of Show - Diamond Award in the 2018 Pentawards.
Angelina is an award-winning graphic designer from Minsk, Belarus with international experience in branding & packaging design.
In the last 2 years, Angelina has participated in international festivals, winning several outstanding distinctions including a Platinum Pentaward, Silver Cannes Lion, Graphite Pencil D&AD Awards, Bronze Epica Awards, Gold The Dieline Awards, Gran Prix and Gold White Square International Advertising Festival.
Angelina joined Pearlfisher London design team in June 2018.

Denise joined the Kellogg team in August of 2017 following 18 years at Procter & Gamble. After a BSc of Industrial Design at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning, she applied her design expertise to many global brands including Always, Crest, Pampers, and Oral B, and the P&G corporate brand including the Olympics Sponsorship.
Denise's end-to-end design mastery includes upstream innovation, brand positioning and concepts, iconic asset creation, product and packaging development, and in-store/e-commerce experiences. She also has a proven ability to build creative organizations, identify and attract top talent, develop design processes that are both creative and efficient, and nurture a positive and inspiring culture.

Mark van Iterson is an industrial design engineer by education. After 13 years in design and brand consultancy, Mark joined Heineken in 2005. He is responsible for design and concept development for the Heineken brand worldwide.
In the rather traditional beer category, Heineken sets itself apart by its progressive and innovative drive. Design and innovation are key to enhance and elevate the beer experience, build brand equity, create future business concepts, and engage and excite consumers.
Mark’s work is for example visible in the Heineken brand identity, packaging and merchandise, all designs around the global ‘open your world’ campaigns and sponsorship designs. But also in more experimental activations like the crowd-sourced Concept-Club and -Lounge at Milan- and London Design Week, and Heineken design competitions in other parts of the world.
