Budweiser and Chinese designer Tiger Pan launch the Master’s Collection Year of the Snake Edition, celebrating Chinese Zodiac culture ahead of 2025

Budweiser, in collaboration with Chinese designer Tiger Pan, launches the Master’s Collection Edition for the Year of the Zodiac Snake, as the Year of the Snake 2025 approaches in China. The release celebrates Chinese Zodiac culture while elevating beer tasting into a cultural and artistic experience that transcends mere consumption.

The packaging takes the form of a golden egg—when opened, a wisdom snake ascends upward. The beer bottle retains Budweiser’s signature minimalist modern aesthetic, with the snake coiling around its body and seamlessly integrating with the “2025” numerals in a harmonious blend of graphic symbolism, embodying both Eastern motifs and contemporary design.

Encircling the bottle is an artistic showcase of China’s intangible cultural heritage: paper-cutting. Layer by layer, the intricate designs reveal scenes of the Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven, mountains, waterfalls, buds, and vines—interweaving traditional Chinese culture with the vitality of nature. This visual narrative symbolizes the arrival of a new cycle and the renewal of all things.
