Marie-Thérèse Cassidy, VP Design

Geordie by birth, French by name and Scottish by training, the Glasgow School of Art graduate landed in London over 20 years ago to pursue her passion for building an emotional connection with consumers through exceptional creative thinking and beautiful craft.



Before taking up the prestigious position as VP Design, PepsiCo she was the Creative Director at FutureBrand uniting experts in strategy, design, innovation and experience to harness the power of the brand for growth. Some of the brands she’s successfully worked with are Nespresso, Cadillac, Nike and Danone.

During her career, MT has established a track record for success and built an impressive design portfolio, working with some of the world’s leading brands for companies including Unilever, Diageo, PepsiCo, P&G, Mondelez, AB InBev & Coca-Cola.
