Border Biscuits revamps its packaging design for a bolder and more modern look as they launch their new range of chocolate-covered biscuits.
Border Biscuits, a Scottish brand, has been in the market since 1984, and with their relaunch of chocolate-covered biscuits, they decided to send a bold and modern image across. B&B Studio transformed its existing identity with a novel touch of bold logotype with an underlined ‘o’ to depict Border Biscuits taking the stand.
Using the brand’s new visual identity, B&B Studio delivered its design to place the brand in line with the premium range of biscuits in the UK. Bold and crafty simplicity was the goal, resulting in a change regarded as the biggest in the last 38 years since the product was launched.
The redesign of Border Biscuits' packaging was to honour the brand as the most popular biscuit in the UK. And, continuing to uphold the brand's luxury standards was at the heart of its mission. The brand evolved from a simple beige base colour to a more diverse palette indicating variants, making an eco-conscious move to reduce packaging.
