Coca-Cola teamed up with JKR for a special Christmas can design. JKR combined Coca-Cola's classic look with festive symbols, creating a unique global design. The cans feature cheerful holiday decorations, giving them a bubbly Christmas feel.
In collaboration with Coca-Cola's in-house design team, JKR created a fresh set of holiday illustrations, logo signatures, Santa treatments, a custom typeface, motion assets, and more. These elements are featured across multiple platforms, including packaging, point of sale, out-of-home (OOH), and digital communications.
Additionally, the new design is incorporated into experiential activations. One is the renowned Coca-Cola caravan, a festive truck that traditionally signals the arrival of the holiday season, famously featured in the 1995 'Christmas Caravan'.
The marketing materials include a modern version of Santa in one colour, and the specially crafted typography, done with Brody Associates, adding a warm touch to seasonal messages. The ornament illustrations help create a consistent look for Coca-Cola's holiday promotions across different platforms, from messages to online spaces.
