This session will look at how Xiaomi used innovation in packaging design to help turn the start-up into a Fortune 500 company in just nine years.
As a start-up company, Xiaomi had very limited capital and resources to develop products. Despite the limitations, how did Xiaomi's designers use design innovation to create packaging that met product and market needs? How do they optimize packaging costs through design and help Xiaomi products quickly gain users and market share?
Chen Lu is the Design Director of Xiaomi and has over 14 years of experience in packaging and graphic design.

In this session, Paul will be talking about the importance of mental health providing practical advice alongside sharing his own personal story. He'll discuss the importance of vulnerability, self care strategies to help you proactively manage your own mental health, advice on supporting others alongside how everyone plays a part in eradicating stigma.
Paul McGregor is a mental health campaigner, author, speaker and Founder of Everymind at Work, and has worked with companies such as Warner Bros, Lloyds TSB and The FA.
