JUDGING CRITERIA
Here's what KURZ will look at when selecting the winners:
Quality of Design : Judges are looking for excellent use of embellishment that plays an important role in elevating the packaging design.
Brand Expression : Does the embellishment effectively bring out the brand’s personality, characteristics, or story?
Creativity and Innovation : Does the embellishment make the design more unique or outstanding? Consider any special effects like tactility, reflection, colour, different finishes, whether it is flat or structured, etc. Is there something the judges haven’t seen before?
Emotional Connection
: Judges score whether they feel the embellishment appeals to their senses and whether they would like to know more. Does it seem unexpected or even makes them smile?
