This Project born from a deep commitment to nature and future generations, and the circular design celebrates aesthetic balance and authenticity. It tells the story of each forest it comes from and its commitment to sustainability through technology. Made from cork that is hand-harvested from cork oak trees, without ever cutting them down, it brings both innovation and cultural relevance. In Portugal, cork is more than a material, it’s heritage and this design honours that legacy while serving its purpose of carrying food from the earth and linking local identity to global sustainability. More than packaging, it’s a quiet reminder that sustainability isn’t just about what we use, it’s about how we design, respect, and reconnect with the world.
This sustainable packaging design project was driven by the need to align environmental responsibility with premium brand positioning. The challenge was to create packaging that communicated sustainability without compromising on aesthetics, innovation, or functionality. The goal was to design a solution that felt both intentional and refined packaging that could stand out on the shelf while staying true to the brand’s values. Every element had to reflect a balance between minimalism and impact, reinforcing the idea that sustainable choices can be elegant, modern, and commercially viable. To deliver a meaningful experience, materials were carefully selected for their environmental footprint, tactility, and visual appeal. The result is packaging that not only protects the product, but also tells a story of commitment to circular design, conscious consumption, and long-term value.
This tea packaging project was developed with a clear focus on sustainability and material innovation. The entire line was designed using paper produced from cellulose fibers extracted from fallen leaves. This unique material choice reflects the brand’s deep commitment to circularity and environmental responsibility. The project reduces pressure on forest resources while giving value to what would otherwise be waste. The packaging retains a natural, tactile quality that visually reinforces the product’s connection to nature.
On a pale Swedish-summer morning, Lilla is born from lagom, just enough sweetness to brighten an ordinary day. “From Sweden, with love” isn’t a slogan, it’s the brand’s promise. Lilla brings Swedish candy to the U.S. gummies, sours, chocolates, and marshmallows made with better ingredients, bold flavors, and no GMOs or artificial colors. Engineering meets charm in the packaging system. A square tin precisely sized to hold two paper bags and a shipping box designed for two tins, or one tin plus two bags, so less air travels, cutting volume, CO₂ per unit, and cost.
