Founded by Jay Bradley, The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. has reinvented the process of maturation, questioning convention to craft whiskeys of distinction. We add water before maturation and bottle at cask strength, we under-fill the barrels, and we release the whiskey when it is perfect rather than waiting for an age statement. By disrupting tradition, we craft whiskeys that have won multiple awards and broken the record for the most expensive whiskey in the world, all within a year.

Our partnership with Fabergé brought the world the first Fabergé Celtic Egg, featuring their legendary guilloché enamel on 18k yellow gold. An uncut emerald at its heart was another design first for Fabergé. Our partnership with Michelin Guide has seen The Craft Irish Whiskey Co.’s single malts gracing the finest restaurants and bars.

The company has gained a reputation for crafting rare, award-winning whiskeys and surrounding them with exquisitely conceived and skilfully executed ‘experience boxes’. Designed by the award-winning Tiago Russo, the thoughtfully considered packaging spares no expense to deliver an experience worthy of the liquid.
