Nomon Design develops packaging for Lékué ‘To Go Organic’ takeaway products with a conceptualisation and design that minimises the use of plastic.
Household and kitchenware brand Lékué recently launched a collection of 100% airtight takeaway products named ‘To Go Organic’ swapping out plastic for organic and recycled materials. The sustainable range uses wood fibre or RPet coming from other industries’ waste.
Spanish branding agency Nomon Design developed a packaging design that communicates the products’ value, highlighting the materials being both recycled and recyclable and offering appeal and quality. The design focuses on using the minimum amount of material to pack items, reducing it to only essential elements. For finishing labels Nomon used FSC-certified paper produced with 40% post-consumer waste, specifically corn scraps.
The tag line “Less plastic More organic” adorns the labels accompanied by bespoke graphic illustrations that communicate this narrative. A natural pastel palette keeps in line with the concept of Organic.
