Marie-Therese Cassidy, VP of Design, Europe at PepsiCo will be joining our design experts on the Pentawards Festival Stage. Taking place at the new design destination at Paris packaging Week, this year, festival speakers will discuss the 'Design with Impact' theme, exploring key topics such as AI, accessibility and inclusivity, sustainability, designing with humanity and more.
Marie-Therese will be taking us through the iconic redesign for Pepsi, which was the first for 14 years. As well as discussing some of the notable collaborations along the way.
About Marie-Therese Cassidy
Geordie by birth, French by name and Scottish by training, the Glasgow School of Art graduate landed in London over 20 years ago to pursue her passion for building an emotional connection with consumers through exceptional creative thinking and beautiful craft.
During her career, MT has established a track record for success and built an impressive design portfolio, working with some of the world’s leading brands for companies including Unilever, Diageo, PepsiCo, P&G, Mondelez, AB InBev & Coca Cola.

Marie-Therese was part of the Pentawards Jury for 2023 and 2024, lending her expertise to judge and feedback on the competition entries over the past few years. PepsiCo have been long-standing supporters of Pentawards, speaking and attending Pentawards events and entering into the Competition as far back as 2015.
The latest re-design of Pepsi (the first in 14 years!) also won a gold award in the Beverage category for 2024, alongside another gold for Starry Visual Identity and two bronzes for the Frito Lay Super Bowl LVII Compostable Bags and Doritos Solid Black.
