With the announcement of this year's Pentawards jury line-up, get to know the newest members who will be judging your work

What better way to kick-start Pentawards 20th year with the launch of the 2026 jury. As well as some familiar faces, there's some new jury members that will be judging your work! Get to know them below...

Made up of a talented collection of industry leaders from across the world, the 2026 jury panel consists of 50+ members of varied nationalities, genders, ages, expertise, and experiences.

Who will judge your work?

The jury features creators, designers, packaging enthusiasts, and more, from a diverse collection of reputed brands and agencies that have played significant roles in influencing the world of packaging design. It includes Microsoft, COTY, Coca-Cola, Established, P&G, Pepsico and more. 

We're thrilled to welcome back Chloé Templeman (Pearlfisher) and John Glasgow (Vault49) as Jury Co-Presidents for the 20th year.

Meet the newest members of the 2026 Jury line-up...

Sunnie Guglielmo, Design Director, PepsiCo Design - USA


Award-winning Creative Director, Sunnie has experience shaping global brands through strategy, storytelling, and visual identity. At PepsiCo Design + Innovation,  she leads brand design for Bubly, LIFEWTR, and the Starbucks ready-to-drink portfolio, driving growth and cultural relevance. Sunnie is a creative leader behind the $320M success of LIFEWTR, specialising in building brand ecosystems that connect deeply with consumers.

Her work has earned over 100 industry accolades, including Pentawards, Dieline, FiFi, and Graphis. Previously, she led design initiatives for Cheetos, Doritos, Lay’s, and Ruffles and collaborated with brands like Victoria’s Secret and Pentagram.

With a BFA from SVA, she's passionate about design that transforms businesses and inspires audiences worldwide.

Lukas Brza, Structural Packaging Manager, LEGO - Denmark


Lukas Brza is a Structural Packaging Manager at The LEGO Group, where he leads innovative and sustainable packaging projects and develops impactful packaging strategies across the LEGO ecosystem.

He creates not only structural but also playful solutions with a twist, enhancing consumer experiences while championing brand, manufacturing, and environmental standards by continuously challenging the boundaries of what packaging at The LEGO Group can unfold.


Andrea Mastroluca, Associate Creative Director, Auge Design - Italy


Andrea Mastroluca is a designer with 10 years of experience in the design industry. Currently living between Rome and Florence, he is Associate Creative Director at Auge Design, Italian design studio focused on Packaging and Brand Design.

Working at Auge he has collaborated with clients like Barilla, Chobani, Bahlsen, Giovanni Rana, Sammontana, Casa Marrazzo, Nazionale and many others. Some of these projects have earned him significant national and international design awards including ADCI, Dieline Awards and Diamond Pentaward.

As a Creative Director he also contributed to Auge winning major awards in the last few years such as Dieline Studio of the Year (2022), Pentawards Design Agency of the Year (2023) and ADC Best of Packaging and Boutique Design Studio of the Year (2025).

Maisie Benson, Design Director, JKR - UK


Maisie Benson is a Design Director at global branding agency JKR, with over a decade of experience bringing brands to life. She began her career shaping challenger brands and today partners with some of the world’s most iconic names including The Coca-Cola Company, Danone, and Unilever to help them stand out and stay relevant.

Driven by a passion for creative problem-solving, Maisie brings clarity and craft to every challenge, whether designing across an 800 SKU system or launching a brand-new product into the market. She believes the best design is simple, beautiful and makes you smile. Beyond her client work, Maisie plays a key role in shaping JKR’s culture of creative growth.

She helped launch and now leads the Sparks programme, an annual initiative that champions emerging design talent and creates opportunities for new voices in the industry. She also oversees JKR’s intern programme, mentoring young creatives and helping them build the confidence and skills to shape the future of design.


Sebastien Ehret, Chief Executive Officer, Servaire & Co - France


Sébastien Ehret co-manages the agency alongside Sébastien Servaire. For over 10 years, he has been supporting and advising clients in bringing their creative ambitions to life.


Lu Chen, Senior Design Director, Xiaomi - China


Chen Lu is the Senior Design Director at Xiaomi, responsible for product, packaging, and human–machine interface design. She graduated from ArtCenter College of Design in the United States with a major in Graphic Design.

Since joining Xiaomi in 2011, she has been committed to enhancing product competitiveness through design. She has led teams in delivering design for a wide range of Xiaomi ecosystem products, packaging, and brand systems, as well as numerous peripheral products, establishing “minimalist, universal, and innovative” design as a core hallmark of Xiaomi’s identity.

Her work has received multiple international design awards, including the Pentawards Platinum Award (UK), Good Design Award and Best 100 (Japan), Graphis Design Annual Platinum Award (US), Dieline Award (US), Red Dot Award (Germany), iF Design Award (Germany), and IDEA Award (US). She has also been invited multiple times to serve as a juror for major global design competitions such as the iF Design Award (Germany) and the Pentawards (UK).


Hugh Miller, Partner, Pentagram - UK


Hugh Miller is a graphic designer, art director and Partner at Pentagram’s London office. Co-founder of the London office of the international design studio BOND, Hugh has extensive experience in branding and visual identity.

While at renowned studio SPIN he worked on projects such as the Whitechapel identity and for campaigns for clients including Nike and MTV. He was later embedded into the brand teams of both Nokia and Microsoft, and most recently was based within Ford’s research-focused innovation unit, Human-Centred Design.

Hugh’s work has earned recognition from D&AD, the Type Directors Club and the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD). A design archive enthusiast and typography advocate, he has lectured at Kingston School of Art and the University of Greenwich, and currently serves on the board of the ISTD.

His record sleeve design for SO/LO’s At the End of the World, Plant a Tree received the inaugural Freda Sack Award, which is the ISTD‘s highest honour. Hugh was recently named as one of Creative Boom’s ‘20 Most Inspiring Graphic Designers’ in 2025.



Alex Center, Founder, Center - USA


Alex Center is a Brooklyn-based designer and founder of CENTER, an award-winning branding studio known for building bold, culturally relevant brands.

Before starting his own company, he spent nearly a decade at The Coca-Cola Company, helping shape global brands like vitaminwater and smartwater. At CENTER, he’s worked with giants like Apple and New Balance, breakout startups Kin Euphorics and Liquid Death, and created the new to world brands United Sodas of America, Ayoh!, and Bero.

He’s also a teacher at SVA’s Masters in Branding program, a member of the Art Directors Club board and cohost of the podcast Front & Center.

In his shrinking personal time, he enjoys watching reality television, sitting on a beach chair next to his wife Jackie and finding reasons to believe that this is the year for the Knicks or the Mets.


Funso Faweya, Director of Agave Innovation, Diageo - USA


Funso Faweya is Director of Agave Innovation at Diageo, where she leads the creation of new agave spirits from concept to launch, spanning product design, liquid development, and brand positioning.

She joined Diageo in 2021, bringing innovation and brand expertise from her previous roles at Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s, and Campbell Snacks, and is passionate about consumer behaviour and creating disruptive innovations that delight and inspire consumers.


Fabian Johannes Fischer, Senior Global Innovation Manager, Jagermeister - Germany


Fabian Fischer is a passionate global marketer with over 13 years of experience in the spirits industry. At Mast-Jägermeister SE, he is now driving global innovations in packaging and design, with a strong focus on developing consumer-centric solutions.

Throughout his career, he has built and managed a wide portfolio of premium brands in the whisky (e.g. Hibiki, Yamazaki, Bowmore, Auchentoshan), gin (e.g. Sipsmith), vodka (e.g. Haku), and liqueur categories (e.g. Bols, DeKuyper) across both local and global marketing manager roles at Suntory.

As a judge, he brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior and category dynamics to inform how packaging design can create meaningful impact as the no.1 touchpoint to consumers.


Amélie Phulpin, Luxury Cosmetics Packaging Director - Gucci Burberry, COTY - France


As Director of Packaging Development for Prestige MakeUp at Coty, Amélie Phulpin is committed to reinventing luxury by combining aesthetics, make-up results and eco-responsibility.

She is leveraging her expertise and convictions to lead Make Up product development with innovation, desirability, and sustainability and excellence. She is promoting a holistic view of the product, magnified by packaging to be envision as a vector of emotion.


Jamie Gandee, Executive Creative Director, Landor - UK


Jamie Gandee is Executive Creative Director at Landor, where he applies over two decades of experience in integrated design and brand-building. Jamie has been instrumental in shaping brand expressions for iconic names including Cadbury,Toblerone, Oreo, PepsiCo, Unilever, and Mars.

His award-winning work is distinguished by a strategically grounded approach, ensuring every execution builds lasting brand equity and commercial performance. Prior to Landor, Jamie held senior creative roles at Design Bridge & Partners, Elmwood, and Bulletproof, consistently delivering high-profile global launches.


Oliver Siegenthaler, Creative Director & Founder, S&Co - Colombia


Oliver Siegenthaler is a Colombian graphic designer and founder of S&Co. He holds a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá and a Master’s in Graphic Production and Packaging Management from Elisava, Barcelona.

His work focuses on packaging, brand identity, and posters, and has been recognized with awards such as the Red Dot Design Award, Communication Arts, ADC, TDC New York, Latin American Design, Lápiz de Acero, and the Pentawards.


Natasha Alimova, Design Director, Onfire Design - New Zealand


With over 20 years’ experience as a design professional, Natasha is an award-winning specialist in packaging and brand development. Renowned for navigating complex, multi-product and multi-territory Masterbrand systems, she has led work for global and regional brands including Coca-Cola, Minute Maid (Argentina), KFC (Global), Fakieh Poultry (UAE) and Goodman Fielder, Griffin’s (NZ). She brings a rare balance of strategic rigour, creativity, craft, and production-savviness to every project.

As Design Director at Onfire, Natasha is the creative lead on projects from strategy through to execution, taking the creative vision, guiding teams, and translating objectives into distinctive design language and systems. She works closely with clients and suppliers to protect design integrity at every stage, while mentoring designers and elevating the studio’s creative standards. For Onfire, she ensures every solution aligns with the studio’s mission: creating bold brands driven by compelling ideas and built to perform in the real world. If all of this is not impressive enough, she is also fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian.

John Ryan, R&D Packaging Director International, Kraft Heinz - USA


John Ryan is the R&D Director for Packaging, leading the Emerging and Developed Markets R&D Packaging team across all regions outside North America. His team is responsible for end-to-end packaging delivery, including new product development, commissioning of new factories and production lines, technology deployment, and ownership of the packaging value proposition. John brings over 26 years of industry experience, the majority of which has been spent in packaging-focused roles.

Muriel Schildknecht, Executive Creative Director, Lonsdale - Singapore


With over 25 years of experience in branding and packaging design, before heading up creative output at Lonsdale Asia, Muriel held senior roles at Landor and Design Bridge, in France, Hong Kong and Singapore.

For more than 15 years, she has worked extensively throughout Asia and across all consumer branding categories. Passionate about nurturing the next generation of creatives in Singapore, Muriel contributes significantly to local skill development and training. Muriel has judged at D&AD, the Brand Impact Awards, PAC Global Awards and Brasil Design Awards.

Muriel was named Creative Director of the Year 2023 by the Transform Awards Asia and her work has been awarded at the likes of D&AD and Transform.

Tatjana Dubovina Jokić, Creative Director, IW Agency - Sweden


Tatjana Dubovina Jokić is Creative Director at Stockholm-based IW Agency, where she leads work for some of Sweden’s most loved brands.

Graduating from London College of Communication, she developed a strong interest in brand systems, which she has applied across a broad range of industries. In recent years, she has brought that thinking into packaging design, seeing it as a high-impact brand moment where clarity and intuition shape decision-making.

Alongside her agency work, she extends her passion for user-led design into a venture creating products that celebrate open-ended creativity.

Anna Perrella, Product Designer – Packaging, Microsoft - USA


Anna Perrella brings a multidisciplinary approach to packaging design, blending structural and visual design with brand strategy and user-centered thinking.

At Microsoft, she crafts packaging experiences that are inclusive, connected, and meaningful. Her design philosophy is rooted in empathy and innovation, with a focus on the power of packaging to elevate everyday interactions.

Guillermo Arriaza, Senior Packaging Designer, Established - USA


Guillermo Arriaza is a Senior Packaging Designer at Established, New York, where he has led the creation of award-winning beauty brands.

With over 17 years of international experience across advertising agencies and design studios in Madrid, Barcelona and the United States, his work spans branding, packaging design, art direction, illustration and copywriting —shaping an integrated and cohesive understanding to brand communication.

He understands design as a force of attraction, where innovative conceptual thinking, elevated through visual appeal, has the power to compel and shape how people experience and feel the world around them.
